Uddevalla, Sweden – AUGUST 30, 2007 – Wireless Solution Sweden AB is celebrating W-DMX production unit number 10,000 with a special GoldBox, specially designed as an award to “Outstanding EMEA (Europe/Middle East/Asia) Dealer” during a special ceremony to be held during PLASA. “We are so proud of the growth of our business in the past few years,” says Niclas Arvidsson, International Sales Manager and Founder of Wireless Solution, “We want to share the celebration of our 10,000th unit by recognizing some of our dealers who have helped make this possible.” On Monday, 10 September at 3:00pm (15.00) at Booth E81, Arvidsson and Wireless Solution personnel will hold an informal ceremony, where they will present a limited edition Gold-plated W-DMX BlackBox to their Outstanding EMEA Dealers. All PLASA attendees and exhibitors are invited. Wireless Solution is exhibiting with White Light. As the demand for safe plug-and-play wireless technology free from interference continues to increase, so does the demand for W-DMX Dealers. Wireless Solution is actively seeking new dealers in several European countries to join the “Gold Club”. Dealers interested in selling the critically acclaimed W-DMX system are invited to visit the Wireless Solution booth during PLASA to discuss this exciting opportunity. In addition to a focus on Dealers, Wireless Solution will have on display the new BlackBox S-2, the world’s first dual-universe transmitter. The product has been nominated for an Innovation Award at PLASA. The S-2, designed with the rental and production markets in mind, offers an easy two push buttons on the front, allowing operation of universes 1 & 2 along with two DMX inputs both accepting full frame / full refresh DMX. Other features include signal level control and DMX over RJ45 and CAT5 cable. The ability to send multiple DMX universes is a real advantage for large, distributed installations. “We saw the need for this type of system for a variety of situations,” explains Arvidsson, “For example, when multiple board operators split a large rig into sections, the S-2 eliminates the need for additional transmitters. We look forward to giving PLASA attendees the first glimpse at this exciting new system.” PLASA 2007 is an international event attracting buyers and decision makers within the entertainment, event, corporate, architectural and installation industries from all over the world. The trade show, which is run and organized by the Professional Lighting and Sound Association in the UK, runs from Sun. Sept. 9 – Wed. Sept. 12, 2007, at Earls Court Exhibition Center, London.
