New W-DMX products Spring 2009

Wireless Solution Sweden launch new products to the W-DMX range to make life easier for the users. The Co-Existence Dongle with software make the co-existence easier with other wireless products on the same frequency band. The W-DMX Uglybox is the ultimate tool for riggers to check radio signal and DMX data over the wireless link.

THE W-DMX™ TOOLBOX PRO The smoothest way to Co-existence. The 2,4 GHz band is crowded and with the FHSS technology that W-DMX™ utilizes that’s not an issue for the W-DMX™ systems. Other one-channel systems will on the other hand have trouble working with satisfying results as the W-DMX™ spreads its spectrum on all the 2,4 GHz channels. That’s the reason why we developed W-DMX™ Co-existence, a configuration application that allows the user to avoid some frequencies and let W-DMX™ and other 2,4 GHz systems work seamlessly in the same area. The PRO version also includes the antenna configuration tools which helps calculating the transmission distance. W-DMX™ UGLYBOX The signal tester built for the road. The size of an average mobile phone, but with a rugged plastic casing, a built-in lanyard connector and up to 20 hour operation on standard AA batteries, the UglyBox is built to give reliable measurement even in the harshest conditions. Compatible with all W- DMX™ equipment.
