• Why can’t I access all modes through the red button?

  It might be that 5 GHz is turned off. If this is the case, you need the W-DMX™ Dongle to activate 5 GHz and access all other modes. Once you have turned that on, you won’t need the dongle again to scroll through the different modes.

• How to I change CTRL Mode?

  Press and hold the red button firmly for 10 seconds. After that, the top 4 LEDs will start chasing. Tap the red button to scroll through the different modes. After selecting the desired mode, press and hold again the red button for 5 seconds to save the mode.

• Can I unpair one receiver remotely?

  Yes, from the transmitter. But if you do that, you will unpair all receivers connected to that transmitter.

• How do I pair a receiver to a transmitter?

  Press the red button on the transmitter for 2 seconds. The LINK LED should start blinking on both transmitter and receiver units. After they blink for 5 seconds, they will pair. Make sure the units are near each other during the pairing process. Beware that, if the receiver is already paired to another transmitter, you should unpair first.

• I bought a W-DMX device from another manufacturer, but I’m having trouble with it. Who should I contact?

  You should first reach out to the original manufacturer. We can assist and explain how the W-DMX technology works, but we cannot support a device manufactured by a different company, even if the transmitter/receiver is an original W-DMX.

• What is the warranty period?

  Warranty is one year from purchase or up to 18 months from production date.

• How can I get a demo?

• Can I get samples?

  Yes, samples are available for purchase.
