Wireless Solution Sweden AB recently took its successful Wireless University program to China, in cooperation with Chinese Dealer Leifull Light and Sound. The three-day program hosted twelve participants at the Leifull facility in Guangzhou.
Wireless University is an ongoing series of presentations and hands on demonstrations aimed at educating the industry on the technology and benefits of wireless DMX. The program kicked off at PLASA07, with courses scheduled throughout 2008 in all major exhibitions worldwide. As opposed to a sales pitch, Wireless University teaches the concept of wireless DMX technology, which techniques work best, and pitfalls to avoid. Niclas Norlén, R&D Manager and Founder of Wireless Solution led the Guangzhou course, covering topics such as support training with advance cell planning for larger projects, service training for repair and even sales and marketing. «This was one of our most successful Wireless Universities yet,» said Norlén of the session, «The group was extremely dedicated and eager to learn everything they could, and it was incredibly fulfilling to spend this time with them.» Eric Lee, Product Manager for W-DMX at Leifull said, «The Wireless University concept is great and has greatly improved both ours and our clients’ knowledge and understanding for Wireless DMX.»
